Cheese stuffed smoked meatloaf recipe and Grilled lamb chops with tapenade butter

Whenever I see people cooking the only question that comes to my mind is that they must have done a lot of shopping, and I don’t like shopping, I cook and I love cooking but I only cook those recipes for which I don’t have to shop a lot or which require ingredients which easily be available in the market.
Two of my most favorite recipes are here for you with all the love, and once again I would say don’t worry about the ingredients as either they are available in your lovely kitchen or the grocery store near your place.

Cheese stuffed smoked meatloaf recipe

Ingredients needed for the meatloaf –

  • Beef (01)
  • chopped onion (01, small)
  • chopped green pepper ( ½ )
  • minced garlic (02)
  • breadcrumbs (01 cups)
  • beaten eggs (02)
  • ketchup ( ¾ cup)
  • milk ( ¼ cup)

Ingredients needed for stuffing –

  • Cheese mix ( 1 ½ )
  • ketchup ( 1 ½ )
  • sugar (½ cup)

Instructions –
1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it.
2. Blend for about five mins.
3. Take a saran wrap and properly spread the mixture that you made on it.
4. Add cheese, ketchup, and sugar on the top of the meat
5. Roll the wrap
6. After rolling it, you need to simply twist the ends
7. Freeze for about an hour
8. Time to make a smoke pouch, take mesquite chips and dry chip and place both of them in an aluminum foil.
9. Use a pencil and make holes in the sheet
10. Place it on hot grill
11. Watch the smoke
12. Take the meatloaf and place it on the Char Griller Akorn charcoal grill
13. The process of cooking would take approx 3 hrs
14. Add ketchup, ½ cup in the last half an hour.
15. While serving, do slice it.

Grilled lamb chops with tapenade butter –

Ingredients –

  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbes de Provence (01 tablespoons)
  • Tapenade butter
  • Oregano
  • Lamb chops (08)

Ingredients needed for tapenade butter

  • Garlic cloves, chopped (03)
  • Chili pepper (a pinch0
  • Lemon zest, chopped (01 teaspoons)
  • Chopped, pitted olives (01 cups)
  • Anchovy fillets (04)
  • Unsalted butter (01 ½)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Directions for butter –
1. Take a food processor and place all the ingredients required for it in it.
2. Blend well
3. The mixture needs to be smooth
4. Transfer the mixture from the processor to a bowl.
5. Cover the bowl with a wrap and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.
6. Take it out 10 minutes before serving.

Directions for the chops –
1. Preheat grill to the high highest level of heat.
2. Use a brush to apply oil over the chops and don’t forget to season all the sides with pepper, herbs de Provence, and salt.
3. Grilling would take about 2 to 3 minutes for each side
4. Take a platter and each platter place two chops.
5. On the top of the chops put some tapenade butter
6. While serving do garnish with oregano leaves.

Mongolian BBQ Seitan

Ingredients –
1. Hoisin sauce (¼ cup)
2. Soya sauce (01 tablespoons)
3. Agave (01 tablespoons)
4. Lemon juice (01 teaspoons)
5. Chili- garlic sauce (02 teaspoons)
6. Canola oil (02 tablespoons)
7. Sliced, stemmed shiitake mushrooms (08 ounces seitan)
8. Grated ginger(02 teaspoons)
9. Cinnamon (1/8 teaspoon)
10. Cloves (1/8 teaspoon)
11. Snow peas (04 ounces, don’t forget to remove the strings)
12. Thinly trimmed and sliced scallions (02)

Steps –
1. Take a bowl, add water, soya sauce, agave, lemon juice, chili- garlic and hoisin sauce.
2. Mix well.
3. Keep aside
4. Take a large size skillet and heat it over medium heat.
5. Fry seitan and mushrooms, lightly.
6. Add cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to the skillet.
7. Cook it till it thickens.
8. Add cilantro and scallions.
9. That’s all.

Spicy grilled shrimp –

Ingredients needed –
1. Garlic clove (01)
2. Salt (01 tablespoons)
3. Paprika (01 teaspoons)
4. Pepper (½ teaspoon)
5. Lime juice (02 teaspoons)
6. Large size deveined and peeled shrimp (02)
7. Lemon wedges (08)
8. Olive oil (02 tablespoons)

Directions –
1. You need to heat the grill before hand.
2. Take a small bowl, grate garlic and add it.
3. With grated garlic add salt, paprika, and pepper.
4. Add oil and stir well.
5. While the paste turns thick add lemon juice.
6. Take another bowl, large.
7. Put shrimp, and the garlic pastes that you made in it and toss it in your delicious shrimp.
8. It’s time to grill so oil the grate, lightly.
9. Grill for 3 minutes turns occasionally.
10. Use lemon wedges to garnish and just serve it.

Toasted chocolate marshmallows

Ingredients –
1. Chopped bittersweet chocolate ( 01 ½ cups)
2. Cream (01 cups)
3. Bourbon ( 03 tablespoons)
4. Skilled bread rolls (02)
5. Ripe bananas (04)
6. Marshmallows (01 bags)

Directions –
1. You first of all need to make fondue and for it, you need a bowl and fill it with chocolate.
2. Take a saucepan and add cream in it, grill over medium heat.
3. Pour melted chocolate over cream and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
4. Add bourbon and whisk
5. Pick a skewer and use thread to tie bananas, marshmallows, and bread on it.
6. Grill over a grill or the fire.
7. While serving serve with fondue.

5. Shallot, minced (02 tablespoons)
6. Pepper (¾ teaspoon)
7. Salt (½ teaspoon)
8. Collard greens, drained, chopped and thawed
9. Baguette slices

1. Take a bowl and add swiss and parmesan cheese.
2. Mix well
3. Add shallot, salt, pepper
4. Stir well
5. Add cream cheese, whisk.
6. Take greens and fold them.
7. Take a dish (one used for baking) and spread it in it.
8. Grate parmesan on the top of it with swiss cheese.
9. Bake it for about 30 to 35 minutes and make sure you bake it at 375 degrees F.

Cranberry BBQ chicken

Grilled kielbasa with sauerkraut and onions

Ingredients needed for kielbasa–

  • Polska kielbasa, smoked ( 1 ½ pounds)
  • Butter (02 tablespoons)
  • Sugar (03 tablespoons)
  • Sliced onion (01)
  • Drained sauerkraut (03 cups)
  • Fresh parsley leaves, chopped (03 tablespoons)
  • Homemade honey plus mustard sauce (dip)

Ingredients needed for dip–

  • Black pepper
  • Yellow mustard (¼ cup)
  • Honey (¼)
  • Dijon mustard (¼ cup)
  • Cayenne (½ teaspoon )
  • Horseradish (01 tablespoons)
  • Salt

Directions –
1. The first step of any grilled dish requires pre- heating the grill.
2. Take kielbasa and simply cut it
3. Place kielbasa on the grill and for about 5 minutes and while cooking keep turning it.
4. Place a baking sheet and simply transfer your grilled kielbasa on it, cook for about another 5-6 minutes
5. Take a large size skillet and place it over med – high heat, put sugar, butter in it, go for slow cooking once you see sugar has turned golden brown simply add onions, wait till they caramelize.
6. Add sauerkraut.
7. Mix well, cook for about 6 minutes.
8. Cut kielbasa, each piece needs to be 1 inch.
9. Toss everything together.
10. Take a platter and transfer the dish to the platter.

1. Take a small size bowl and add all the ingredients required for the honey plus mustard dip.
2. Mix well.

Grilled pork chops –
Ingredients needed –

  • Honey ( ¼ cup)
  • Olive oil (02 tablespoons)
  • Vinegar (01 tablespoons)
  • Cumin (01 teaspoons)
  • Red pepper (½ teaspoon)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Pork chops, with bone (08)

Ingredients for the seasoning-

  • Paprika (01 cups)
  • Sugar (03 ½ tablespoons)
  • Onion powder ( ½ teaspoons)


Instructions –
1. Take a small size bowl and add oil, cumin, honey, vinegar, pepper (red) in the bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Tada your marinade is ready
4. Start sprinkling black pepper and salt on all the sides of the chops.
5. Pick a large size zip lock bag and put the marinade in it, shake well and once done with shaking add chops into it.
6. Mix well or I must say shake well.
7. Let the chops rest for about 1- 2 hours.
8. Take the chops out of the bag after 2 hours and sprinkle with the seasoning or simply with salt
9. Grill for about 4 minutes and keep turning.
10. That’s all.

Bbq butter chicken samosa –

Ingredients needed –

  1. Flour (04 cups)
  2. Vegetable oil (½ cup)
  3. Salt (02 teaspoons)
  4. Baking powder (02 teaspoons)
  5. Meat, skin shredded roasted chicken (01 coles)
  6. Water (01 cups)
  7. Smoke hollow digital electric smoker
  8. Vegetable oil (01 tablespoons)
  9. Diced onion ( ½ )
  10. Sliced ginger (01, 03cm)
  11. Turmeric powder (½ teaspoon)
  12. Coriander powder(½ teaspoon)
  13. Garam masala (¼ teaspoon)
  14. Finely chopped tomatoes
  15. Vegetable oil (1.5ltr, deep frying)
  16. Honey (02 teaspoons)
  17. Yogurt (02tablespoons)



Steps-
1. You need to start with making the dough, for making the dough you would require salt, baking powder, flour, water and vegetable oil.
2. Put all these ingredients in a bowl, you can use your hands to make a dough, or you can only use an electric smoker, the one which comes with a dough hook.
3. Once done with making the dough, put some flour on it and once done with patting keep it aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
4. Take a saucepan, a deep one and add vegetable oil to it.
5. Heat saucepan over medium heat.
6. Add ginger, onions, and garlic to it.
7. Fry thoroughly.
8. Time to add turmeric, garam masala, cardamom, and coriander.
9. Cook all the ingredients for about 2 minutes.
10. Add half of the tomatoes, after a while adds the remaining tomatoes.
11. Cook for about 6 to 10 minutes.
12. Add salt
13. Keep fried tomatoes and onions aside.
14. Allow them to reach room temperature.
15. Bring your food blender out and put fried tomatoes and onions in it, blend them.
16. Place saucepan again over low heat, Add yogurt and honey.
17. Stir well, add salt.
18. Add chicken, stir well.
19. Keep aside for a while.
20. Your filling is ready.
21. Make a small ball of dough, roll it into some flour.
22. Turn the ball into an oval shape, thin.
23. Cut it into half
24. Make it look like a triangle and seal it using some water.
25. Fill the filling inside.
26. Again, use water to seal it
27. You need to deep fry it for about 5 minutes.
28. Make sure you fry two samosas at a time.

Grilled tequila- lime shrimps

Ingredients needed –
1. Tequila (02 tablespoons)
2. Lime juice (02 tablespoons)
3. Garlic salt (01 pinches)
4. Olive oil (¼ cup)
5. Pepper
6. Cumin (01 pinches)
7. Deveined, peeled shrimp (01 pounds)
8. Bamboo skewers (06)
9. Lime (01 large)

Steps –
1. Take a bowl and add olive oil, garlic salt, pepper, lime juice, tequila, mix well.
2. Use a blender and blend it.
3. Take a plastic zip lock bag and pour the mixture into it, shake it.
4. Add shrimp to the zip lock back and shake well.
5. Store it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
6. Before using your bamboo skewers, you need to soak them for about 30 minutes.
7. Heat your grill to hand over medium heat, oil the grates as always.
8. First, drain and then discard the mixture a.k.a marinade.
9. Use thread to tie shrimps onto the skewers.
10. Grill prawns for about 6 to 7 minutes.
